The location was excellent 5 mins into town centre of Thirsk and really nice pub across the road from the cottage. Parking right outside cottage was a bonus

Excellent location close to town.easy parking Very quiet and peaceful. Beds very cosy In Everything required for a good break provided Really enjoyed the welcome box of goodies We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have added Herriots Nook to our ‘must return’ list
