位置好

隔音差以及電梯有煙味 剛抵達房間有異味需開除濕機一陣子才會消除異味 除濕機以及冷氣皆會發出不小的音量 廁所空間狹小

地點方便，有看到住客反映霓虹招牌太亮，實際上已經有處理且完全改善問題

廁所沒抽風設備，有窗戶沒紗窗蚊子會飛進來。門幾乎沒什麼作用，又薄，又有縫，連基本隔音都不會有，雖有提供耳塞，但戴著不舒服。飲水機的地方一直有濃厚的蟑螂味，大樓入口前真的很髒，電梯也蠻髒的，已經第二次入住，再入住主要是離自己喜歡的店很近，但這次入住仍然有點難接受，用Line連繫大部分都是罐頭訊息，不會讓人覺得有心想經營的感覺。
