Good location, host was responsive to communications

Looks nothing like the photos. Just a mattress directly on the floor. No sitting area, no chair, no sofa as shown in the photos for this specific room. Poor cleanliness, the doors, walls, and windows were all quite dirty and had grease stains all over them. WiFi was hopelessly slow, I had to use my SIM card for nearly everything.

Location

Room cleanliness is poor. There will be clearly visible dust on the walls and clearly visible dirt on the carpet. The edges are not fine and the paint is uneven and mottled.

The room was a good size and the location was near a lot of restaurants

The bed was on the floor and felt like a terrible air mattress. It was literally the worst bed I have ever slept on. The bathroom had several hairs in it and thus didn’t feel as clean as it should have

The location is pretty good as it's not very far from the train station and there's a bustling food street just outside the alley so you have plenty of food choices.

Overall, the place honestly needs some maintenance. The metal taps had rust and the walls had minor cracks. I could feel the springs when lying on the bed. The building lobby was also pretty dingy. The place is ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay for longer.
