Excellent location, we walked everywhere. The flat was very spacious and reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable.

The kitchen pans needed a small upgrade and we didn't have any tea towels for drying the dishes. Also Italy is doing well with recyclable packaging and we didn't find any instructions or guides.

Convenience for the city.

There were no instructions as to where the underground garage was or which parking space was made available for us. Despite our attempts to contact Lund Home (either directly or via Bookings.com), we were unable to use the secure parking for fear of taking someone else's space. At no time did anybody make contact with us even though Bookings.com had emailed them upon our arrival. On the strength of this we decided to check into a nearby hotel with secure underground parking.

Please consider installing air-condition. In temperatures above 30 C it becomes unbearably hot in the apartment.

Very spacious unit. Well appointed kitchen with an oven. Also had a washing machine. Walking distance from the train and bus station.

No airconditioning on a very hot day. Fans were ok. Would have been very uncomfortable without fans.

Very spacious and a good price compared to other places at the time of our booking. Around a 5 min walk from the station and 15 min to the arena.

Check in could be improved. We had to chase for check in details as they were not sent by 2:30pm and received a reply that the apartment was not ready yet. It would have been appreciated if this was communicated to us as we were waiting outside with our bags. The key box can also be hidden by junk mail in the mailbox as we couldn’t find it at first. Cleaning could also be better as there were still hairs on the chair in the bedroom.

The place is dirty and infested with cockroaches!!! Torn and broken mosquito nets, sofa bed with huge uncleaned marks and garbage inside the sofa storage space (which explains why roaches are crawling all over it). No air conditioning makes the stay during the hot months impossible...ventilators do not help with 35+ degrees and humidity. Our booking was for 4 people but towels were provided for 2 people only. The ones provided had marks on them and did not seem clean. Apartment is managed by some property management company, which outsources the 'cleaning', so that everything is superbly mismanaged and not done to basic stanadards. After property's response: Having spent a sleepless night killing cockroaches on/around the sofa what would be my motivation to invent anything. And please check your reviews, people have reported cleanliness, or rather lack of it, as a major issue.

Apart from the location, not a lot.

The apartment had the bare minimum of glasses, utensils etc. The washing machine although worked fine was filthy. The freezer was unusable. We use apartments all the time to enjoy relaxing before we venture out but this apartment was hot hot hot. No air con and the fans consisted of three for such a large apartment and were hopeless. We had to go out all day every day just to get cool. Will definitely not be returning. Just arrived in Bologne and the apartment Francy House is beautiful.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet at night. The mattress was comfy.
