The location was good.

But the flat is boiling hot. No AC and fans are mere decorations. The heat and uncomfortable beds didn’t allow us to rest. We opt for flats to be able to eat there with the kids at night, but the kitchen/cutlery is not even a bear minimum. We didn’t have four glasses, and everything we looked for/needed was not there.

The property was large and spacious which was really nice! It was in a nice building!

There was no air conditioning which made it very uncomfortable. They only provided two small plug in fans and it was not enough. Also the floors were dirty & we had dirt sticking to our feet walking around.

The apartment is really close to the centre of the city. There is nice parking. The apartment is big, bigger than usual ones.

Two things: cleanliness and AC (there is not AC). The kitchen area was really dirty and we hadn’t even used anything there.

Everything was perfect about our stay. *like an idiot i hid my money in the apartment and forgot about it when i left the next morning....i called them when i realised (i was 4 hours away) and they went and got it for me and gave it me back that evening......i can't thank them enough for that and it just shows how trustworthy they are.

Nothing bad at all.

This was our first experience of an Air B&B, and the apartment was really nice and so have no complaints. The location was ideal just a 9 min walk from the station. Easy access to bus routes, local shops. Just a 10 min walk to the Arena. We walked all around the old city which is full of history and beautiful old buildings. Bus rides are only 1.50 euros for 90mins in any direction. Venice is just only 1 1/2hrs away by train all helping to make a great trip.

We fell in love instantly with the apartment. The location is great and Lund Home is bright, modern and super comfortable. It was everything we could’ve hoped for after a long day traveling. Even though Verona had a lot to offer, my parents literally wanted to spend time at the place instead of leaving. That says a lot! We cannot recommend this place enough!!

Everything was perfect

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for one night in Verona. The location is close to the trainstation and to the city center but in a quiet house. The double bed was very comfortable..

The sleeping couch was not really comfortable. The hot water boiler was off when we arrived, so we had to wait a few hours until we had hot water to shower.

There was a lot of room and the location was good, right between the main train station and the city.

The place was just very dirty and was not cozy at all. Every single chair in the dining area, the cups, the chairs in the bedroom and the corners in the bathroom were just filthy. The blanket also didn't have a proper cover but was just between two sheets. The bed sheets also had many stains on them. The check out is at 10:30 but suddenly a bit after 10am the cleaning lady entered the apartment, which is absolutely not okay.
