Very comfy, near all you need and want to see. If you drive, The owner will meet you at the parking lot. Make sure you have some money left for the machine in the eventuality it doesn’t work with credit card on your way out.

Everything. The welcoming and the flexibility at first. And then: the public parking is closeby, the apartment is fresh in the heat, there's space for 4 people (of which 2 kids sleeping together), two bathrooms, everything is clean and properly arranged, it's very quiet and cozy. Mauro, who attended us, was incredibly nice and helpful! He's so kind: he explained everything we needed, he helped with parking and carrying the luggage, he gave advice about the places to visit, where to eat, etc.

Only one small detail, just for the records: using the shower in one of the two bathrooms implies making the floor wet. But it's still a luxury having two bathrooms in such a regular b&b. We found the two showers very helpful, being 4 people.

The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.
