Excellent customer service. Agent met us to help with parking and bags, showed us everything in the apartment and was overall very helpful and very quick to respond to anything. Train station only 10 minute walk from the apartment.

No natural light which made it hard to adjust to the different time zone. Bed was very low which made it hard to get in and out. Corridor/hallway to the apartment was filled with cigarette smoke from the neighbour. Slow internet. There is enough room in the second bathroom that there could be a bathtub which is a nice feature for a lot of people.

Convient location, delight looking apartment and great service from the host

Mauro was an absolute star - so friendly, helpful, a real gentleman and with a gift of hospitality. Travelling alone, it was so wonderful to find Mauro was happy to show me around the town and make recommendations. The house itself was perfect - well located, ultra clean, comfy bed, kitchen equipped enough. Some essentials available in the cupboards. So close to the supermarket, very handy. Right by the parking garage, it cost about 10€ a day (no private parking on site). The pic is the view from the courtyard looking across.

There's not a lot of natural light, but with clever use of lamps and downlights, you don't notice until you go to take an afternoon siesta and realise you can make it really dark! Perfect if you have jet lag 😆 I wanted to sit outside to have my breakfast, so I just dragged one of the kitchens down into the private courtyard/entrance way.

Great service - above and beyond, central location, renovated, comfortable, near the parking, personal and lovely treatment.

No view, and the main entrance to the building looks neglected.

the host was exceptionally helper and friendly. He took me to places of interest with his car free of charge.

the ventilation fan at the shower can be improved. Could put a dish drying rack.

The host is very helpful！ Cozy, comfortable, very clean apartment with everything you need including coffee, snacks etc. We were very lucky to stay here. When we were in trouble, Diego's father and Mr. Mauro spent a lot of time to help us out, and also gave us a big surprise to make our trip to Italy go smoothly. We will never forget! Thank you Diego, your father and Mr. Mauro!

Apartment has a small old-style boiler, after one shower there was no hot water left
