Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, tiene el parking a pocos metros aunque bastante caro.

Poca poquisima limpieza, la calle de aceso se sube en unos escalones, pero esta muy sucio por las palomas. Faltaba papel de cocina o servilletas, casi todos los cubiertos y platos estaban metidos en el lavavajillas casi sin lavar y polvo y telarañas por todos lados.
