Apartamento muy céntrico, en un edificio precioso y muy antiguo, pero reformado con gusto.

La ducha del baño de abajo no desaguaba y los grifos están cambiados: agua fría en el de la caliente y viceversa, con el desgaste de agua que supone. En la cocina se echa de menos por lo menos un paño de cocina, no había ni uno. El Ayuntamiento debía preocuparse por limpiar un poco la calle, estaba llena de excrementos de paloma; en una calle aledaña incluso una muerta.
