We all found that the beds and pillows were not comfortable.

The location and the size of the room and toilets . It was very comfortable . They also have a small balcony which was nice .

Location was perfect, host was very friendly and helpful, apartment had the basics travelers need (plus coffee and water)

The ceiling on the top floor is low and there's noise from water in the bathroom but if the door is closed then it's fine

Nice third floor, covered balcony, overlooking the roof tops of Verona. Good location. If you are a 21 year old college student, this is an incredible funky tree house. If, like us, you are a 70 year old, this place is terrible. No breakfast, but several places very close, including a great bakery right across the street.

To get to the room, you take an elevator up 2 floors. You then walk, with your bags, up a narrow stair case. This gets you to the main room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The bedroom is a treacherous climb up another flight of rickety stairs to a loft. Made for really fun trips to the bathroom at night. Again, very cool if young, but pretty bad for older folks.
