Dimore Verona - Residenza San Zeno Apartments

Had everything we needed for self-catering with supermarket and restaurants near by.

I didn't realise that we were picking up the keys from a different location from the apartment and that it was quite a walk between the two in the heat of the middle of the day. It was a little way out of town, which was fine for us because we like to walk but might have been a bit far for some people.

Air condition was not working sufficiently due to the very hot weather. It was too hot in the apartment. Dirty sofa in living room,

Location was great! Picking up the keys was easy, but a little far from the property and a little difficult with luggage on foot. The woman who gave us the keys was great and provided some excellent recommendations! We especially liked Pizzeria Vesuvio! Amazing food and views!

The only negative is that we were not provided any soap--4 mini-shampoo bottles but no hand soap or any kind of napkins/paper towels.

The lady at registration was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite far from the registration office. Especially if you have to walk with your luggage. The apartment was nice and very clean.

The bathroom door locked itself from the outside. We really struggled to open the sliding door. Apparently this happened with other guests before us as well...the owners didn't fix it. The airconditioning didn't work , even after we complained about it. Nothing was done about it.

Location amazing for Verona Town and amenities, all walkable. Friendly staff on key collection at yhe office.

Air conditioning did not really work. Only one English TV channel, TV small. Side tables next to sofas.

The location was in ok distance to city center.

There were a few bugs in the kitchen near the sink. The sofa was somewhat uncomfortable and showed signs of use, causing noise at night. The bathroom also appeared to be worn.
