Mountain view apartment

Neat, cozy, and clean. Easy to check in and out. Beauriful view over the mountain.

There was no warm water and no small towels.

I was not meet to have keys handover, I was required to send personal information via messages, the property stated air conditioning but only one of the bedrooms had air conditioning the other bedroom and kitchen come diner did not have air conditioning. I had to sweep the floors as dust everywhere. The property stated mountain view apartment, yes there was a view of the mountains from one bedroom but this is a 4 story flat (like a council flat in uk) there is no lift and there is 8 sets of stairs to the property. Very disappointing.

Flat was simple but clean. Host was friendly and helpful to repair broken hot water tap in kitchen during our stay. Free parking.

Flat is on the 4th floor with no elevator which we didnt know before (i dont see it on offer). We had lot of bags so it was not very comfortable to carry it up. I wrote owner 1 hour before arrival how do we get in and only then was asked to provide ID details to get entry code, although I have booked 3 days in advance. Not sure how I would solve this situation in case i would not have free data. Air condition has made really scare noise on our second night, not sure how to describe this. But we had aircon on, slept well, then suddenly 2:30 am it made scary noise that i woke up so scared. It was not a dream as my wife in next room woke up as well. I switched it off, but it made unbelievable scary noise again so I unplugged it from socket. Then it was all fine and could sleep until morning.

The only gripe I had with the apartment was the key to the outside of the apartment block. The key did appear to turn OK in the keyhole but didn't open the door. Sometimes it took 10 minutes of keep trying to turn the lock before door opened. It was a constant problem. I did email to owners, but they didn't do anything to allievate problem.

Easy to get the keys, wonderful host, all necessary appliances

Very cold floor in the bathroom, knives were not sharp
