"Superb"

Apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is good, also has a washing machine. It's a comfortable place to stay if you have a car.

Fourth floor without elevator.

The location in general is good in a quiet neighbourhood, but it's specially great if you visit Vratsa for rock climbing, as the sectors are very close.
