Rustic excellence with great hospitality in a rural setting of Tivoli in the Lazio region outskirts of Rome. Large apartment tastefully decorated appropriate to the rural setting. Facilities are great, although no washing machine, but otherwise a comfortable, complete and thoughtful self catering opportunity with abundance of fruit , cheese, and vegetables from farmers markets and great wines at cheap prices in local supermarkets.

The road approach is challenging but as expected in a very rural setting. The apartment is in a basement from ground level accessed by wide but steep steps which need careful attention when carrying luggage especially in the rain. These difficulties are offset by the facilities of this amazing apartment

Casa molto pulita e ben arredata,letto comodo. Mariano e la moglie due persone cordialissime.

Per noi la discesa e la salita all' appartamento è risultata un po' difficoltosa ma niente di drammatico😉

Host accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento molto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e cucina attrezzata. Diversi prodotti per la colazione (anche se industriali), con abbondante quantità di capsule espresso. Ottima posizione, in zona di campagna tranquilla, a dieci minuti circa da Tivoli. Da non perdere le visite a Villa Adriana e a Villa d'Este!

La colazione si può migliorare con prodotti locali.

Appartamento spazioso e fresco, arredato con cura ed attenzione al dettaglio. Tutto gira intorno all' ospite, a farlo sentire a suo agio e a casa. I titolari sono persone squisite e ti trattano come uno di famiglia. Accoglienza calorosa e festosa. Consiglio assolutamente. Ed io spero di tornarci presto. Una garanzia.

Sara nous a reçu comme des amis. L'appartement est parfait pour profiter de Tivoli (Villa d'Este et Hadrien à seulement quelques minutes). Nous en avons également profité pour aller à Rome (30min) en nous stationnant à proximité d'une station de métro. Tout était parfait. Sara, encore merci pour l'accueil

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The host is very friendly, and the Location is in a quiet part. There is secure parking for the car.
