"Exceptional"

Wonderful, kind host, beautiful clean apartment. The possibility of transport to Rome by train without problem (the host advised how to use city transport, including a suitable one), including recommended places in Tivoli. For us, we rate the stay as perfect.

A beautifully renovated basement in a beautiful and ample property. The hosts were genuinely friendly and warm-welcoming. Worth the stay and would recommend it to anyone interested in a countryside stay yet very close to Tivoli city center

Room was a semi-basement apartment. We had to prepare breakfast ourselves. Typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets and industrially manufactured goods)

"Nice place and great people to welcome you."

Very cosy and comfortable apartment. The hosts are really trying to make your stay easy and relaxing. It was very clean and quiet. Delicious sweeties, water and milk in the fridge. Mariano made a reservation for us in a very good fish restaurant in Tivoli.

Everything was great, maybe I wish it was closer to the town, but then it wouldn't be that quiet.

For those looking for the tranquility of the country side and not far from famous tourist sites. Perfect vacation and nice hospitality.

The access road is narrow and requires caution when driving.

"Great appartement, excellent value for money"

It was all very nice, clean, and very well equipped. The hostess made homemade 🎂 carrotcake when we arrived. We had private parking, and it is close to Tivoli.

"would stay again."

the facilities were excellent. we even were able to cook supper for a change. the dog was friendly as well

undortunately we could never get their internet WiFi to work. our wind service just did not reach this location.

The hosts Mariano and Dora couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and decorated, a home from home and spotlessly clean. The homemade cake and pastries for breakfast were delicious and there was plentiful juice, milk and choice of teas and coffee. The owners are attentive but discreet; we felt they were there for anything we needed but we had total privacy. Other reviews mention that it’s below the owners’ villa and dark, but the windows are huge and let in a good amount of light. The photos are accurate and overall it’s a fabulous place to stay.

To be honest, nothing.
