We did not see the staff so we cannot rate them We thought that we were paying for an apartment, but we actually got quite a small standard hotel room with a microwave and utensils. We were requested to look take out our rubbish and recycling, although we paid a 200NZD fee for cleaning. The view is stunning, the only thing that was really good about the place.

The environment is fantastic, with beautiful scenery. You can see the ocean right from the window, and at night, the harbor lights create a stunning backdrop for photos. The location is superb.

Since it was a self-service check-in, it was our first time experiencing it, so it was a bit challenging for us.

The apartment was very nice. It is located with a. Direct lake front view of Lake Wanaka. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Wanaka which has many shops and restaurants as well the famous Wanaka Tree. The apartment was clean, modern and the bathroom shower was huge.
