Byliśmy w 4 osoby o ile w łóżku było wszystko ok to kanapa rozklekotana poplamiona jakby osikana pościel do kanapy tak samo. Sama lokalizacja ok czystość słabo. Do zamrażarki to chyba nikt od lat nie zaglądał bo lód prawie drzwiczki wybija

A localização é excelente, num bairro mais residencial e cheio de bares e restaurantes, e próximo a parada de tram HOZA que te leva para vários pontos da cidade. 40 min a pé até o centro histórico. A ducha do banho é ótima e o apartamento num edifício muito tranquilo sem barulho.

A acomodação é espaçosa mas precisa de mais cuidado na roupa de cama e jogo de toalhas. Estávamos em 3 pessoas e o sofá que vira cama está em péssimo estado, foi impossível usar dessa forma e meu filho dormiu muito mal no sofá sem abrir.

Apartamento com tudo que precisa para uma ótima estadia em Varsóvia. Silêncio absoluto, prédio muito bonito e super perto da estação central de trem.

Apenas faltou 1 varal para as roupas (que estava descrito na hospedagem) e os aquecedores não funcionam corretamente. Mas não foi nada que me impedisse de me hospedar lá novamente.

Très satisfaits d’une façon générale : logement très bien conçu et agréable. Cadre de l’immeuble remarquable : l’immeuble a été restauré avec goût et intelligence. Présence constante d’un vigile qui accroit encore le sentiment de sécurité. Quartier très central et surtout très plaisant (nombreux restaurants, cafés, commerces). La plupart des lieux marquants (musées, etc.) accessibles à pied.

Juste une suggestion : l’équipement de l’appartement est très complet mais pourrait être un peu enrichi en matériel (un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenu). Mais il s’agit d’une observation mineure qui permettrait d’améliorer encore un séjour aussi sympathique !

The apartment itself is great, and is conveniently located near public transport.

Communication with the host was very disappointing. For example, when I asked where to find the clothes rack for drying laundry, I was told it was “where the iron and ironing board are.” When I asked again for clarification, the response was, “Most guests who come to my house don’t do their laundry inside. If they do, they usually hang small items to dry on the firep.” This didn’t answer my question and made me feel like we were being judged for using the washing machine. Secondly, I asked twice how to turn on the heater in case it got cold at night or early in the morning. The response was: “The stove in the kitchen can get very hot; you can turn it all the way clockwise. It will be unbearably hot. But I noticed it’s very hot today, and everyone is wearing T-shirts outdoors.” I understood “stove” to mean the cooktop, not a heater, so I took a photo of the radiator valve in the kitchen and asked if that was what the host meant and whether it was correct to turn the valve up for the heater. I sent this before 9 p.m., but received no response. Surprisingly, I only received a reply at 11:40 a.m. the following day: “Let do it if you want.” This made me feel that my question was unnecessary or bothersome. Before check-in, communication was fine. However, after check-in, responses were often delayed—sometimes by up to 14 hours, as in the example above—which eventually made me give up trying to communicate with the host.
