Wonderful view of the river.The apartment was very comfy and felt homely. Lovely walk into Whitby town . Definitely be booking Seal Watch again.

The only thing was a note saying that the window was stiff to open and close, and not to open it. This was in the living room and it was quite warm when the sun was on it. Needed a bit of fresh air.

Location was good Bedrooms were good size and main room overlooked the river , bedrooms were clean and tidy , WiFi worked well

Kitchen was dirty, bins not emptied , cooker greasy, cooker trays had dirty used foil on them, cups were tea stained, units grimey, kettle had water inside , plates were greasy and glasses dirty, floor was very dirty ...I thought the cleaners had missed the kitchen, but also the living area was thick with dust, tv remote was greasy, and floor not cleaned well , table mats needed a wipe, was a warm weekend but we couldn't open the windows as there was a note advising not to open as they get stuck ! Bathroom floor was dirty I'm only allowed to add a few pictures

Love the underground secure parking. No getting wet to load and unload car!😂 Really nice apartment.

Bathroom not disabled friendly. Floor extremely slippery, (even for able bodied) needs handles to get in and out of shower/ bath, as bath is quite high. Windows in lounge difficult to open and close.

Nice apartment overall. Good parking and lift access. Allows pets. Wonderful view of tidal River and 15 min walk into town.

Weak point was kitchen. Fridge too small and freezer tiny and needed defrost so wouldn't open. No tea towels. Large pan has perished and needs replacing. No facilities for recycling in kitchen even though main bins provide for recycling. Only one loo roll for family of 4. Arrival instructions unhelpful as it refers to blue doors which have been painted grey!

The accommodation was beautiful with great views and easy links to Whitby and surrounding areas

As I was there for 2 weeks, the lack of drying facilities for washing was missing (possibly provide a clothes horse (airer)). I used hangers but was concerned I'd ruin furniture. Also due to hot weather, another set of bedding would have been appreciated
