Excellent location with parking. Great views and fully equipped. Welcome pack really lovely touch.

It was quite cold during our stay and we couldn’t change any settings on the heating. Main problem was not being able to watch any tv. Main tv buffered constantly to the point we had to turn it off and tv in main room had an eco setting that we couldn’t change without a code which we didn’t have access to.

Free, secure parking. Spacious, well equipped property that was pet friendly; you would not have known a pet had ever stayed there; very clean and no pet smell. Good amenities. Comfy beds. Excellent communication throughout.

The instructions for controlling the radiators didn’t apply to the radiators in the property. They had a touch screen with some options we didn’t fully understand and we struggled to get the radiator in the bedroom to adjust. However, we did have a number we could have used if we needed help, but we sorted it in the end. TV reception not so good if not on Sky, but no big deal as TV has Sky box.

The location was spot on and the underground parking a bonus too really nice apartment for the weekend definitely recommended to anyone

Great location, parking was good but we did get the wrong bay ,ideal for dog walking too .

Not enough toilet roll for a week ,also more tea coffee and if possible milk would add the edge for weeks stay . The hood extractor needs a little attention . Tv lost signal regularly.. Makes this a good ,but could easily be great.

Great location. Little touches were fantastic. Christmas decorations were an added bonus. Very comfy beds and stunning apartment.

The apartment requires a deep clean, hairs in the bath, dust and dirt on floor. Front door could do with an oil - very squeaky. Advertised as Sky TV, but didn’t work, only had 1-5 channels, kept requesting the Sky card. One toilet roll was disappointing.

We have stayed various apartments during our visits over the years, but this was, first time in seal watch, we found it modern, spacious, mattress and pillows were great. Parking is easy , view is great from apartment. What more do you need for a long weekend, will book again for sure.

Hot water was not on upon arrival, and there was no big drama as there was a shower, but if it has a bath, then hot water is a bonus to fill it. Went and bought a set of Allan keys to tighten Double bed frame as it was quite loose, rendering the bed very noisy. Again, no big drama, just a small thing that could have been sorted before arrival

Great location with parking which is a rare thing in Whitby. Not too long to walk into town but nice and quiet. Great views over the river and the steam train too! Clean new towels, bed linen. Nice and secure.

Dusting could have been better, thick on night stand lamp base. Too many ornaments in the bathroom meant hard to put out our stuff, not needed really. Black mold on tiles in bathroom which should be tackled. Not enough hot water for 2 bed ( 4 people) flat, and the shower leaked. Main bedroom, the bed was V creaky and loud because of it - rolling over woke each other up. Key safe could do with marking which one it is there are several with no markings, which if we arrived in the dark would have proved impossible to work out and resulted in a call...
