I thought it was clean. We were supposed to spend Christmas in the snow skiing, for our surprise the place was totally not as in the pictures. It ruined all our plans.

Beds were with used sheets from previous guest. Very dirty and owner did not want to refund in full despite the proof and booking.com did nothing for us to get 100% refund. In fact they left the owner of this property to decide how much he wanted to refund. Our right as guests were violated by both; the owner of this property and booking.com

it was in the lock box and the host sent instructions prior our arrival. was easy to collect

The fact that the heater will turn off in the middle of the night, we woke up freezing the in house. Also the heater can't reach the whole house, specially the bathroom area.

設備很齊全，有雪板櫃、廚房，但是有一些缺點需要注意

1.會跳電：使用冷氣（暖房）加上煮水爐等高耗電家具會跳電 2.民宿瓦斯暖爐沒看到有一氧化碳中毒的注意提醒，因為有些人沒有使用這類產品的經驗 3.床太軟了沒支撐力，所以最後一天跑去睡沙發 4.樓梯太高難走，拿行李、下樓皆要注意

Location is good, 5 minutes to echigo Yuzawa station

Description of property is misleading.Listing is for 2 bedrooms but it is one bedroom and living room with sofa. The pictures which have since been changed since I booked showed a toilet with a yellow background and another with an orange background. I assumed it was 2 bathrooms as there was no description. After I booked I inquired and they said it’s one toilet. The facility is too cold. There’s a heater in the living room but none in the kitchen and bathroom so we were not comfortable. There is also nowhere to hang your towel. You come out of the shower and you are in the kitchen. The water was also not very hot and by the time the third person showered the water was barely warm. Watch out for the ledge step at front door entrance as it is close to bathroom and I fell couple times. The communication is very poor. I messaged with questions on December 14, twice on December 24 and once on December 28 with NO RESPONSE. On the day of arrival, I was told to drop off my luggage in front on the building because we were arriving before 4. When I get there I see they provide one locker for storage per room that can hold 2 small bags and we had 5 luggages. I called the number provided thru Booking and they don’t answer and there’s no option to leave a message. We went up to the room and luckily the cleaners let us leave the luggage and they left it in the room for us. This place was not worth 415 USD per nite.

調理道具等が整っていたので 調理する人には良いかもですが…

バスタオルはあったがフェイスタオル無く困った。 付かないなら事前に知らせるべきだと思う。 お風呂がぬるく熱くするには時間がかかり2泊目は近くののお風呂に行きました

It was an easy walk from the station which was very convenient. Also very close to a grocery store.
