和宿 湯沢チャオ Wayado Yuzawa Ciao

お宿の雰囲気もよく、お宿の方にも笑顔でご対応いただきました。気楽に過ごすことができ、のんびりと過ごすことができました。今度機会があれば、一階のカフェに行って、かわいい猫ちゃんたちと存分に触れ合いたいと思います。快適に過ごすことができました。本当にどうもありがとうございました。

Super easy location near lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and the main train station. There were enough bedding, the facilities were clean, the beds comfortable. A quiet place that worked well for our needs. We had 4 people in the apartment. With all our suitcases and 4 of us it was a bit cramped, but we could hang out downstairs to the cute cat cafe for more space, drinks and air-conditioning. Also the owners are really nice too. Check in and Check out were very easy with sensible rules. We would stay here again.

部屋は清潔で必要なものは全て揃っていました。チェックイン後の問題にすぐ対応してくれたので星8つにさせていただきます。次回子供達と来る際にはまた利用したいです。

部屋の説明がかなり誤解を招きやすいと思います。兄家族3人と私の大人4人で泊まる予定で予約しました。2 bed room を予約、部屋の詳細欄にはthis apartment includes 2 separate bed rooms と3 living roomsとなっていますが実際は寝室1つにリビング1つでかなり戸惑いました。これは違いすぎると一瞬星1つにしよう思いましたがすぐオーナーに連絡したところ幸い隣りの部屋が空いていたのですぐに手配して頂き、料金も妥当で部屋も快適だったので星8つに変えました。 一つだけあったら良かったなと思ったのが全身鏡、でもそれ以外は本当に何もかもそろっていました。芳香剤か、前に泊まった人の臭い？が少し気になりました。

Just a few minutes away from Echigo-Yuzawa station, which was a massive plus for us as we had luggage and were attending Fuji Rock. All facilities worked perfectly, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the cat cafe downstairs was a bonus.

Completely furnished and clean. The stuff is so kind.

I’m sorry to tell the mattresses are too soft, this is the only defect, otherwise is perfect.
