Location and the size

We loved this apartment. It was 5 minute bus ride from bus station. It was large and fit our group of 7 easily. There was a couple flights of stairs but totally worth it. It was clean with multiple bathrooms. Had everything we needed to cook dinner in. We had one minor power issue and owner replied immediately and resolved issue quickly. It was close to the center of old Verona.

L appartamento é molto grande e spazioso, moderno e dotato di tutti i confort, ci siamo stati in 7 adulti e una bimba piccola e nessuno si é dato noia, le tre camere da letto come i 3 bagni hanno fatto si che tutti si potesse avere la giusta privacy cosa non scontata quando si é un gruppo così numeroso e ricerca un alloggio grande. Inoltre l appartamento si trova vicinissimo al centro e nelle vie vicine trovi tutto dalla pizzerie ai bar dove fare colazione. La proprietaria annalisa molto gentile e accogliente e ci é venuta in contro in ogni nostra esigenza. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare ad altri.

REVIEW / HODNOTENIE ENGLISH+SLOVAK EN Our stay definitely met all our expectations. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and very spacious. Besides the kitchen and the large living room with a dining area, there were three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The place had everything we needed, and the dishwasher in the kitchen was a big bonus. The host was very kind and helpful — anything we needed was quickly resolved via messages or a phone call. The location is great: close to the center of Verona, in a quiet street and near small shops, bakeries, and a supermarket. The price–location–quality ratio is unbeatable. Apartman bol velmi pekny, pohodlny, cisty a priestranny, okrem kuchyne a velkej obyvacej izby s jedalnou tam boli 3 spalne a kazda z nej mala vlastnu kupelnu. Z vybavenia nam nechybalo vobec nic, velkym bonusom bola umyvacka riadu v kuchyni! Majitelka bola velmi mila, ochotna, vsetko co sme potrebovali sme vedeli hned vyriesit cez spravy, alebo telefonat. Poloha nedaleko centra Verony, v tichej ulicke a v blizkosti roznych obchodikov, pekarni, ci supermarketu. Pomer cena-poloha-kvalita vybavenia je bezkonkurencny! Urcite vrele odporucame a verime, ze sa tam tiez este niekedy vratime :) DAKUJEME!

Lage optimal. Wohnung mit sehr professioneller Weitwinkel-Kamera fotografiert..

Beim Buchen der Wohnung war angegeben, dass es Parkplätze hat. Als ich mich kurz vor der Anreise nochmals nach dem Parkieren erkundigte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man für uns im nahegelegenen Parking einen Parkplatz reservieren würde. Kosten pro Tag 25 Euro. Wir haben dort dann einen Parkplatz reserviert, doch ab 21.00 Uhr abends ist niemand mehr dort, das Parking geschlossen und man kann nicht mehr hinein fahren. Für Verwandten-Besuche benötigten wir unser Auto und so war dieses Parking für uns nutzlos.

Very clean. Safe area. 10-15 minute walk to town/sights. Good for a family traveling.
