The location is great, easy walk to everything. Loved the layout and the ability to hang out and play games at night at dining table. Great coffee/breakfast place just down the street and market very close by.

Parking spot is small so we had to pay extra for parking down the street. Bathroom upstairs leaked and secondary bathroom on main floor is in laundry room and toilet was a little finicky. Neighbor below apartment complained of noise from chairs moving (as we played games at dining table at night).
