We appreciated the ease of check-in and the fact that we were escorted to the apartment. Convenient transportation links, with both bus and tram stops nearby. Also, a metro station was just a 5-minute walk away, which greatly simplified getting to various places

Upon check-in, the apartment was not cleaned, there were empty bottles, leftover food, and dirty towels. Although we checked in no earlier than the time specified by the host. We had to call the apartment owner to send someone for cleaning. Next - an employee of NotaBene escorted us to the apartment, and we asked him about the availability of an iron, as we were going to an event in the evening. And we were assured that everything was there. If necessary, there are even spare irons. Upon check-in, we checked for the presence of an iron, it was there, but later we found out that it did not work. We called the owner and he said that there should be no irons in the rooms, to which we pointed out that his employee said otherwise and that there is an iron in the apartment, but it is broken. The owner said he would try to resolve the issue but did not contact us again. We never received the iron and went to the event in casual street clothes, which frankly spoiled the evening. I would also like to note that the apartment was in terrible condition, doors with torn locks, door frames dried out, the bed was broken, the light in the kitchen area did not work, the curtain rod was bent, the dishes did not match the stove (all the pots in the apartment were not suitable for the induction stove). There was no hairdryer and no hygiene products, except for liquid soap and toilet paper. There was mold in the shower cabin. In general, the trip was frankly ruined by such an apartment and the owner's unwillingness to fix the shortcomings.

Everything was good, the view, the apartment.

There was things what was open or needed repair. The bedroom door, bathroom door metal thing. There is little problem with shower. If we open the water all water goes to the wall where is sink. Lower that little bit and all will be good.

The bed frame broke the stove hard to open a floor bit dirty

Modern, well-furnished, cosy, functional

I hated the smell of cigarettes. Please make sure that guests do not smoke in the appartment, so the next visitors do not have to breathe this odour.
