"Great location, bad cleaning"

The location is great, city centre was near

The apartment was not well cleaned, there was dirty spots, eyelash remainings and hair in the bathroom. There was missing equipments in the kitchen, which were described in the reservation. The kettle in the kitchen was not worked, also the wifi network were unavailable, so we cant use any wifi.. Also the bedsheets had spots and holes on them..
