Starší, dobře udržovaný a dobře zařízený byt. Výhodou 2 WC, z toho jedno samostatné. Dobrá klidná lokalita, bezproblémové parkování.

Na první pohled čistý uklizený byt, nicméně drobné nedostatky v čistotě (například závěs ve sprše).

Huge flat. Everything works. Ground floor with a big terrace for a balcony and car parking underneath.

Complicated instructions to get in but they work if you read in detail.

Квартира досить велика з двома маленькими двоспальними ліжками і ще двома диванами. Якщо подорожувати великою сім’єю/компанією, думаю це дуже вигідна ціна.

Не зручне розташування ліжок, розеток і тд. Не затишно, є відчуття наче ти на вокзалі у залі очікування. Не зручно йти на паркінг, ліфту не має і потрібно відкривати купу дверей щоб спуститися. Якщо ви мама з дитиною і несете сумки - це варто врахувати.
