Green Kabaty Apartment 2

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko stacji metra. Mieszkanie przestronne i czyste, (osobie sprzątającej należy się premia!), z tarasem, wyposażenie - bylo wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Może niektóre meble troszkę starsze, ale i tak funkcjonalność bardzo dobra. Pobyt udany.

There's plenty of space, and everything you need is within reach, including a baby toilet. The apartments were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was highly appreciated by us.

The entry access was a bit tricky. The issue was not in unclear explanations though, but due to that the house is quite large, so it took us some time to walk from the parking area with a child and all our bags.

Location. Very close to the metro stations and restaurants

Doesn’t have a lift facilities from parking spot -2 floor to Apartment floor.

The flat was very spacious. The location was great as it was close to the playground, tube and lots of other places to eat and shop. The equipment in the kitchen was quite sufficient. The arrangement for the collection of the keys was very comfortable.

I wasn't sure about the smell in the bigger bathroom (pipes?) and the single toilet was almost unusable as I found the flushing quite annoying as it wasn't working properly.

Great communication from the owner. They've sent clear upfront instructions regarding how to enter the property and how to use the underground car park. Thank you to them! The place was comfortable, clean and was equipped in everything you need including a bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, an iron, wi-fi, a kettle, teabags, big fridge and a big freezer, free car park... you name it. The neighbourhood is safe and for such densily populated city it was pleasantly quiet day and night. Plenty enough convenient stores and eateries around the place too. Very conveniently located too, a stone's throw from Kabaty metro station. Metro itself is clean, spacious and reliable and takes you straight to the city center, no need to change lines along the way. Perfect 👍🙂

The location of the apartment was great. There is a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Big and spacious apartment. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants. Access instructions were clear and easy to access the building.

The apartment does not look the same as on Booking.com. The shower in the bath was really not up to standard. There were personal belongings in the apartment. The apartment felt very neglected and not worth the money we paid.

There is good space for a big family. Private parking garage.

An airconditioner would be good in the hot summer weather.
