It was on the beach. The property was also nice and big

There was a pluming issue in the bathrooms , so there is a smell coming from the drains.

• location was good (by the beach) • bathroom facilities was modern compared to the rest of the apartment

• Facility was old and worn with the exception of the bathroom facilities which was upgraded • Communication from host was poor after payment was made during the duration of our stay • Electricity was undercatered for and we sat in darkness on our 3rd night at this place with the host not responding until the cleaner contacted her, she then sent the electricity units which was below minimal to last 6 people for the remaining days of our stay and she did not apologize for this • This accommodation insisted on a 2000ZAR deposit fee which was said to be for the purpose of insurance should we take anything eg furniture which was paid to this host only to be deducted from due to the OLD and WORN facility and items that was the accommodations wear and tear breakage (see attached photos) and had nothing to do with us as the guests, we received the facility in that capacity and the host insisted that we were lying and believed the cleaner and deducted from our deposit to fix their old building and clean their curtains • The apartment was dusty and not cleaned thoroughly • There was a leaking stain below the fridge • The host service was disgusting and the way she speaks and communicated with us as guests The overall experience at this place was shocking, disgusting and appalling We will NEVER book here again and wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone It’s a scam so that the guest end up having to pay from their deposit to fix the hosts old and worn building
