"Relaxing stay would stay again"

The location is great for the beach, dog walks and the pub.

It’s was uncomfortable in the main, we had a problem with hot water which was sorted eventually.

Struggled to reach the top cupboards in the kitchen. No shelf/hooks in the bathroom, no instructions on how to work the heating/hot water

"Enjoyable stay, suited our purposes as a base to sleep. Great location to facilities."

Location was good... near to the beaches, town centre and other facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy and was comfortable for our short stay. Electrical heaters were available if it got too cold and hot water available when we wanted it. Good facilities for cooking etc. Parking permits included. This was an enjoyable stay... we were taking part in the events of the literary festival. We love staying in Whitby and have stayed a number of times in different properties that you run.

Even though this apartment was for 4, there were only 3 cups, glasses etc. The two rope chairs were not fit for purpose and one was so badly damaged it could not be used... we used neither! I sat on a dining chair. We went out for our meals as there were only two chairs to fit around the table... we wouldn't have been able to eat together. The living room would benefit for a coat of paint in your off season. Despite this I would not hesitate to use your company again. We have stayed in other apartments in your portfolio and have been highly satisfied.
