GBThe benches at the dining table didn't seem too stable and creaked every time we sat down to eat.
GBLocation was brilliant, lots of good facilities and nicely decorated. One bed was really comfy. Host replied quickly to any questions.
Some of the high level cleaning wasn't done, with cobwebs in the bathroom and other areas. Additional charge to Booking.com site as a deposit incase of breakages is added to the free you pay One bed needed a new mattress as springs were broken
GBThe location was chosen so to be within easy walking distance of all the amenities Whitby has to offer. Ideal for the railway station and a wonder around the various shops, restaurants and pubs.

GBGBGBGBGood location - short walk into centre. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Good shower over bath.
Cheap furniture - lack of clothes storage in tiny drawers. Hardly any hangers. Bathroom floor Lino was creased. Sturdy good sized dining table but creaky benches. Didn’t like the way Host & Stay operates…..happy to pay deposit (£250) but think taking a £10 fee before returning this money is such a cheek - never had this happen before! - was not aware of this at booking stage.
