Esperienza allucinante. Non mi era mai capitato nulla del genere! Ho prenotato il giorno prima, pagando. C erano le istruzioni, molto lunghe, su come pagare su un sito esterno la tassa di soggiorno. Eseguito anche questo, non avevo notato nessun disguido. Il giorno dopo, all arrivo, contatto la struttura un paio di ore prima di entrare ( alle 18), e mi dicono che la tassa di soggiorno non era stata pagata. Controllo, riprovo per più di un ora, chiedo alla struttura di pagare in loco oppure in altra maniera, mandando anche tutti i dati della carta di credito, ma non c'è stato verso. Dopo 7 ore di viaggio, è stato un incubo. Alla fine, ho chiesto ad un amico di effettuare il pagamento dall' Italia, e miracolosamente è andato a buon fine. Mi dispiace, ma un minimo di flessibilità ci dovrebbe essere.

Sauberkeit und einfache anreise..

Zu viel Bürokratie... ganz schlechte Kommunikation.... zu viele E-Mails bekommen... sehr komplizierte Reservierung..
