"the biggest difference between the score on Booking.com and reality"

In my travel experience it's the biggest difference between the score on Booking.com and reality. I honestly do not understand how property like this can have score 9. The dump is next door (see photos). When you go out of the property something stinks. A refrigirator stinks and a freezer door does not close because of ice (see photos). Walls and doors are dirtly, there are skratches and holes (see photos). On top of one of the windows there are missing tiles (see photos). When you open second window, you see someones underware and a wall (see photos). There is mold on a ceiling and in bathroom. Before checkin you have to send security deposit. For me it was 75EUR. Then they send you rules, another rules, then they ask you to open windows because there is no ventilation. To get your money back then send you again some instructions. Whole this story is a time and energy waste. Please, learn from my mistake.
