Željela bih ostaviti losu recenziju, ali iskreno, teško mi je dati i dobru i losu ocjenu. Apartman sam rezervirala na dan dolaska. Kada smo stigli, zatekli smo ga potpuno neočišćenog. S druge strane, apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji i zaista je prekrasan, i iskreno vjerujem da se desio neki gaf Uspjeli smo stupiti u kontakt s vlasnikom, iako je apartman bio pod upravljanjem agencije. Budući da su svi ostali smještaji bili popunjeni, ponudili su nam potpuni povrat novca, a istovremeno mogućnost da ostanemo u apartmanu. Mi smo predložili da ćemo sami pospremiti ako nam osiguraju čistu posteljinu i ručnike. Tako je i bilo. Vlasnik je vrlo brzo poslao prijatelje koji su nam donijeli dodatnu čistu posteljinu i ručnike. Zbog toga zaista ne mogu ostaviti lošu ocjenu. Iako je početna situacija bila vrlo neugodna i neprihvatljiva jer smo kasnili sa pripremama na dogadaj zbog kojeg smo dosli, problem je riješen brzo, korektno i učinkovito, što svakako cijenim. Apartman ima velik potencijal i vjerujem da je ovo bio izoliran propust, pa se nadam da se slična situacija neće ponoviti budućim gostim
