Izvrsna lokacija. Čisto i uredno.

Administracija!! Dvanaest mailova dok sam ušao u apartman. Zaista na tome treba poraditi.

Check in u 4 kad smo ušli bili su otvoreni prozori unutra 19 stupnjeva u 1 mjesecu snijeg vani. Poslali su palca da popravi grijenje on je sat vremena bio u stanu popravljao struju, zagrijalo se tek drugo jutro, podno grijanje, a ne radi u kupaoni ni u dijelu kod kuhinje. Nema papuča pa si ponesite (nemojte ni dolazit u taj stan). Odgovore na poruku za pola sata, a na poziv se ne javljaju. Deblji jorgan nemaju pitala sam. I da smrdi odvod. Mi smo stavili ručnike u kupaonicu jer su ledene pločice, svjetlo glavno u wc ne radi pa je mračno. Na tom katu ne radi ni svjetlo na stepeništu pa morate hodat sa bljeskalicom. Nema pečnica.

Apartman je malen, ali udoban. Idealan je za dvije osobe, po potrebi i za četiri. Kupaonica je odlična. Stan je u centru grada i ima besplatan parking. Puno sadržaja se nalazi u blizini. Tramvajska stanica je udaljena samo nekoliko koraka. Komunikacija s vlasnikom je bila brza i od pomoći.

Bilo još udobnije kada bi kuhinja bila bolje opremljena: nedostaju lončići za čaj ili kavu, nož za kruh, kuhinjske krpe, barem još jedan lonac za kuhanje..., a i prostirač za pod u kupaonici.
