Izuzetno loše iskustvo. Rezervirala sam apartman sa self check-inom, ali nisam na vrijeme dobila nikakve podatke za ulazak (upute, kod ili točno vrijeme check-ina). Zbog toga nisam mogla ući u apartman i ostala sam bez smještaja u trenutku dolaska. Pokušala sam više puta kontaktirati smještaj telefonom kako bih dobila upute za ulazak, ali se nitko nije javljao na telefon, unatoč višestrukim pozivima. Budući da nisam imala drugog izbora, bila sam prisiljena rezervirati drugi apartman, i to kod iste firme na Bookingu, ovaj put na lokaciji s recepcijom koja radi 24/7, kako bih barem imala gdje prespavati. Korisnička podrška bila je izrazito neprofesionalna i nije ponudila nikakvo konkretno rješenje. Iako sam ostala unutar iste njihove tvrtke i jasno objasnila situaciju, nisu mi htjeli izaći u susret niti vratiti novac za prvi apartman, koji nisam mogla koristiti isključivo zbog njihove greške. Na kraju sam platila dvije noći kod iste firme, a iskoristila samo jednu, bez ikakve fleksibilnosti, razumijevanja ili pokušaja rješavanja problema. Smatram ovakav pristup neprofesionalnim i neprihvatljivim.

Cijeli apartaman zaudara po smradu iz odvoda. Internet i TV nisu radili, iako smo zvali i slali poruke na navedni broj dostupan 24h nitko nije reagirao dok nisam poslala preko bookinga no i tada nitko nije nista ucinio. Grijanje iako radi klima je stalno radila za grijanje jer je bilo hladno. Nije bilo dostupnih dodatnih jastuka ni prekrivača za spavanje.

Sve je lijepo uređeno i čisto.

Grijanje je nemoguce regulirati, klimu također. Vecinu vremena smo se smrzavali, pošto je na krevetu pokrivač koji je debljine plahte, a deke i dodatni pokrivači nisu bili u apartmanu, jastuci izrazito tvrdi i neudobni za spavanje. Konstantni problemi s TV-om.
