Excellent location, great and easy entry with awesome parking space in a garage. Awesome sauna and hot tub, very nice and comfortable bed, Very quiet and peaceful place.

Not clean enough, found a lot of dust and human hair around. In a separate toilette there were no soap. Radiator in the bathroom for towel drying was dirty.

Everything was great! Apartment is huge and comfortable. We didn't use jacuzzi, but we have used sauna what has been a perfect bonus ti relax. It is great to have underground parking which is safe, it is only few minutes walking. Old town is quite close around 40 minutes walking. BUT the most the biggest THANK YOU we would like to say to the host! We had problem during our trip, and owner made everything to help us!!! Thank you so much, we do appreciate your help!!! Owner is such nice good person who provides nice apartment and exceptional care of his guests! ❤️

Dirty and smelly. Insects inside, spider webs everywhere, insect feces on wall art, urine soaked bed covered with fresh linen. Mould on the walls, insect repellent chemicals in the corner behind washing Maschine. The hot tub is inside without any ventilation. The smell was disgusting in there and there were stains on the walls. Cleaner (elderly woman who lives in the apartment block) came into the apartment without knocking to give us towels. We said there was a problem and showed her the mattress. She suggested we should flip it. We had to leave this place - unhygienic and a health hazard! We lost a whole day to find replacement accommodation and had to pay for it with money that was needed to visit the coast and do other day trips that we couldn’t do now as we were not refunded. When we got in touch with the host who was not in Croatia, to inform him about the state of his apartment he started by saying “I will not be polite” and proceeded to accuse us of planting the dirt and taking photos of a different mattress. Neither the host is willing to give us our money back nor is booking.com reacting after the initial phone call. So far they have offered us a voucher for about 70 euros towards our next booking. We cannot trust booking.com to ver their hosts properly and will not book with them in the future. This was an absolute horror trip and an awful experience with booking.com ++EDIT/ Addition: The host's response to this review is completely fabricated. We arrived at the property and instantly informed him of the state of his apartment. Then he accused us of lying and refused to return our money. Booking.com is also still refusing to support our case or refund our money.++

The room with the jacuzzi is amazing and also the sauna really nice. all works well apart for the air condition that i am not sure that works.

The apartment was nice and very relaxing thanks to the sauna and the jacuzzi. Only the welcoming was not the best as was made by the cleaning lady that speaks only german and at the check out she was complaining all the time because she had to change the sheets or she gave us the trash to throw it away ourselves. I don’t think that is the way to treats your clients. Anyway the rest was all ok.
