Sweet Zagreb exclusive

The location is very good, close to the city center, very quiet. The sauna and spa bath are especially nice!

The parking place is a bit far away, but it is relatively easy to find according to the road map. There is no shampoo in the bathroom, we have to go to the supermarket to buy it ourselves.

Everything was excellent apart from key collection. I needed the code at least 12 hours before entering the property. However, I got it only few hours before and while I was travelling. Taxi drove me in front of the door and I could not go in. It took me an hour to find a way to get the code.

Great location near bus station, but also walking to town. Enjoyed using the sauna and whirlpool after busy day.

The size of the appartment and the location.

The jacuzzi was not heated, so we couldn’t use it, while this was one of the main reasons we chose this appartment. The washing machine was broken. The bathtub had some defects. The fume hood did not work. The service was very bad and unfriendly, there was very slow respons on questions and when they say you have to get out at 10, they really mean it. Me and my girlfriend always take our time to make sure we leave everything clean, so the owners don’t have too much trouble cleaning after for us. This way we were aiming to be out at 10, but when the clock counted 10:01, the old (cleaning) lady came aggressively knocking on our door, demanding us to get out. In all my stays I have never encountered such unfriendly behaviour, I’m very sad that this has happened.
