座落在市中心耶拉齊查廣場旁，耶拉契奇騎馬銅像對面，半地下室，地點絕佳，設備也滿意，但沒有洗衣機。

住宿處位在市中心，周圍都不能停車，暫停都不行，離最近公有停車場有約10分鐘步行距離，對於開車抵達而需拉行李去住處，有點不太方便，除此之外都好。

Die Lage ist top! Die Wohnung sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Selten so eine dreckige Wohnung gesehen, schimmelflecken an den Wänden, verschimmelte Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler verschmutzt, es hat so gemunkelt, da die Wohnung nur ein Fenster hatte, liegt im Keller, der Innenhof ist schäbig, man muss drei Türen aufsperren und natürlich auch wieder zusperren, um in die Wohnung zu kommen
