Location

COLD SHOWERS, and hot water that can’t be regulated, which is dangerous, as the water turns scalding hot without notice. After I wrote my first review of this property I noticed there were previous complaints about the same problem, however, when noted to the hosts, they assured me they would get a maintenance person out straight away. Which obviously hasn’t happened. Disappointed

Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Bettwäsche hat unangenehm gerochen, im Schlafzimmer hing die Gardine halb herunter. Die Dusche hatte nur eiskaltes oder sehr heißes Wasser, das Bett war instabil und wackelte stark, sodass wir auf der dreckigen Couch schlafen mussten. Überall an Fenstern und in Ecken waren Insekten. Wir haben den Vermieter bereits gestern über WhatsApp informiert, aber es gab keine Lösung

Beautiful place and perfect location.

Excellent location and quiet oasis in the center of the city. The apartment layout was great for 4 guests.

There was no soap upon arrival. Communication before arrival could have been better. The shower was either too hot or too cold - hard to regulate.

Good facilities and comfort, everything was easily accessible and had great connectivity. The host was helpful and gave full instructions on how to enter the property.

There were many pests and there was also a leak from the ceiling which damaged our baggage. We were not compensated for this, nor was the problem fixed while we were still in the property.

Spacious & affordable apartments on an as-central-as-it-gets location ideal for friends or family, fully equipped and with an easy self-check in

It was perfect for a stay in Zagreb, but flat is in the ground floor/basement area of the building and hot water in the shower was switching on and off unexpectedly (still highly recommended!)

The only good thing is that it is located on the main square, it is located 2 min from JBan Jelacic

To get to the apartment you have to go through 3 doors, there is no view at all, it is in the basement. There is only one window that looks into a wall. On the reservation for Teojca there is bedding for two and the host is not prompt in returning messages and requests.
