Ban Jelačić Apartment

It was obvious the apartment was not checked after cleaning, no tea or coffee "because last guests use it all"?? No instructions on how to use television. Empty oil and vinegar bottles, not necessary to supply, so should be thrown away... open packets of used stock, 4 bowls of sugar, 2 old and hard plus varous sachets of sugar (??), open yoghurt in fridge, broken toilet lid, stale smell, a rose in vase with dirty water, stained extra pillows in drawers, it seems no-one cares for this apartment ... we found cheaper accommodation just around the corner which was so much more superior.

Perfect location and very cute Apartment. Was my 2nd stay in this apartment.

We had a delightful stay in this charming apartment in Zagreb, perfectly situated near Ban Jelacic Square and wonderfully quiet. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making the entire experience truly memorable.

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT , IT WAS THE SECOND TIME IN ZAGREP

WE WERE DISSATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER. WE HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE THE FISRT NIGHT BUT FORTUNATELY IN THE END WE HAD HELP FROM BOOKING AND OUR PROBLEM WAS SOLVED AFTER A LOT OF SUFFERING

The location was amazing, right in the heart of lower town with bars, restaurants and shops within a minute, the apartment itself though did not have noise from outside which was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The shower was powerful and kitchen fully equipped.

I can't say they was anything I didn't like. The price, location, comfort and facilities were excellent and we would stay again.
