"Kürzer als gedacht"

Nähe Zentrum, Parkplatz incl., sehr gute Martatzen

Keine Flurgarderobe, keine Haken im Bad/Handtuch, keine Haken in der Küche/Geschirrtuch, keine Kafeemaschine Unerträglich laut von der Straße, 3 Straßenbahnlinien direkt vor dem Haus, Fenster keine Schallisolierung. Wir haben anstatt 4 Nächte nur eine Nacht dort schlafen können uns sind umgezogen.

Großzügiges, helles Appartment, Aufzug, Parkplatz. Super Lage für Stadtbummel zu Fuß. Straßenbahn und Bus halten direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Einweisung in das Procedere der Wohnungsübergabe.

Ausstattung der Küche für 1-2 Tage ok, für mehr fehlt einiges an Ausstattung. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Ein Putzlappen und Besen mit Kehrblech wäre hilfreich, falls mal was zu Bruch geht.

"Sucio y viejo"

Ubicacion, parking

Sucio:polvo, telarañas, grasa en la cocina...Alfombra y cortinas viejas y llenas de polvo. Instalaciones muy viejas. Regletas para los cables de la luz. Caldera en el baño que da muy poca sensacion de seguridad. La ducha no puede cambiarse a manguera porque no funciona el mando. Muy ruidoso ,las ventanas son viejas y no aislan nada. ....un desastre
