Amazing location, close to the train station (5-8min walking), amazing host! Very helpful and full of advices. Its an ok place to spend your nights or enjoy the view.

Bathroom and kitchen needs rennovation. Kitchen is packed with many things, it felt like someone is actually living there and just left for a couple of days. Bathroom really needs a rennovation. But besides that location, the view and friendlines of the host are really nice.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der wunderbare Blick von der Dachterrasse. Da wir gerne wiederkommen wollen, belassen wir es bei diesem Lob, sonst ist die Wohnung vielleicht für immer vermietet.

Una settimana con la famiglia. Casa favolosa con tutto quello che occorre, molto confortevole e spaziosa nonostante fossimo 4 adulti e 3 cani. Si gode di una vista meravigliosa e in soli 15 minuti in macchina si possono raggiungere le città vicine, mentre a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva giù alla spiaggia e al centro della città. Gradito molto l'arredamento, mobili vecchiotti ma molto belli, gradita anche l'area condizionata disponibile in entrambe le camere da letto e in sala. Bellissimo terrazzo sopra l'appartamento con tutto quello che occorre. Maurizio si è sempre mostrato disponibile, ci ha consigliato i posti dove mangiare e dove andare a fare il bagno, si è anche preoccupato per noi durante l'allerta di mal tempo, grazie!

Purtroppo ci sono stati dei danni sul terrazzo a causa di una bufera, vi consiglio di guardare il meteo in anticipo per quanto sia possibile a causa delle varie allerte nel golfo

Locația, landscap-ul, amabilitatea lui Maurizio, facilitățile apartamentului, cafeaua bauta dimineata pe balcon cu Golful Liguria sub privirile. Totul este perfect la acest apartament. Are 2 dormitoare, o baie mare, un living superb amenajat si o bucătărie cu de toate!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, everything felt magical. We were warmly welcomed with a free bottle of wine, and Maurizio was simply exceptional — always available 24/7, giving us the best recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and how to buy tickets the smart way. He was always in touch, and we felt such a deep, warm connection that’s hard to put into words. As a small thank you, we left him a single candy — the only one we had from Ukraine. We’re sorry it was just one, but we hope it brings you a warm memory, just like the one we will forever carry in our hearts about you. This was a truly authentic slice of Italy — unforgettable and something we’ll always want to relive. Thank you so much, Maurizio. It was incredibly beautiful and heartwarming.

Veoma prostrano I cisto, sa pogledom od milion dolara. Simpatican stan koji odise zivotom vlasnika, tako se osecate posebno sto su vam dali poverenje da budete deo toga tih nekoliko dana. Domacin je preljubazan I trudi se da izadje u susret svim vasim ocekivanjima.

Fantastic view both from the terasse and the balcony. Well worth climbing the stairs. Only 10min walk from the train station. Nice & clean public beaches with fresh water showers. Stayed a full week with our 3 children. Brilliant & clear communication with Maurizio. We highly reccommend this place 😃
