"Excellent location, lovely flat but not great if you actually want self-cater for part of your stay."

Location was fab and parking although not guaranteed was easy.

The facilities were minimal. Some key kitchen equipment was missing or broke. Needs some tlc.

"stayed for my 65th birthday weekend"

beautiful apartment ,very cozy ,I went for my 65th birthday with my husband,my sister and brother in law,we all had a great time and panet park is beautiful, great location, we slept well and the tea ,coffee and milk were much appreciated after a long journey, thankyou so much .

They wernt anything that we disliked ,it was great 👍

Nice comfy lounge, kitchenette, comfy beds, great shower.

Carpets were dirty, sink blocked in bathroom, heating was turned off-no instructions or guidance to turn it on, same with induction-instructions would’ve been helpful. Very minimalistic on 5 tea bags, 10 milk sticks, a drop if watered down w up liquid, 1 tea towel, 1 loo roll. Would’ve liked extra of those & an oven cloth as a minimum. An air fryer would’ve been really useful.

"Comfortable, spacious flat in a great location."

Size ideal for two people, bright and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom had excellent shower. TV had Freeview, Netflix and YouTube. Communication with Host and Stay was effective and timely. Parking outside thr flst was appreciated.

Some of the furniture (dining table, sofa) were ‘tired’. Bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. As a suggestion, a draining board, washing up brush, more wipe down cloths and tea towels could have been provided.

"Good location and nice interior."

The property was clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk into town centre.

To say it was the hight of summer and in middle of the heatwave the courtyard was dirty and unpleasant therefore we didn’t use it. The courtyard was also a tight squeeze through the second bedroom. I also had issues with whoever the host was due to messages not being responded to in a timely manner.
