Host & Stay - Park View Apartment

Last minute stay needed. Met our requirements. Great location. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Let down by the oven which was absolutely filthy.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Check in was at 4PM, I politely enquired if there was any possibility of us checking in at 3pm? This request was declined which is what I expected and fair enough. However, the night before I received a message that the property would be available earlier in the day (obviously no one in the night before) but there would be a £30.00 extra charge!!!!! I was only asking to check in an hour before.....how nice would it have been for them to come back and say " yes, the property in now available to check in at 3pm"

The accommodation was lovely and in a great location for all the things Whitby has to offer. Felt really comfortable at the property and everything we needed was provided. Free, on-street parking was available across the road. A beautiful park right on your doorstep (dogs not allowed). A five minute walk to the edge of the town centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we go back to Whitby.

Apartment was missing key consumables that we had to purchase ourselves. Only one wine glass in the property so we had to purchase more.

Location is great for Whitby Town Centre. The carpets looked very clean. More coffee sachets and milk pods are available, which is good see.

There was nothing.

We have stayed at this property previously, it is central to everything and is always immaculate.

Parking is always a challenge in the area, but if you are lucky there is street parking opposite.

Location and set up.

-Some big stains on carpet and sofas. Which need deep clean. -Some covers in lounge and kitchen seen better days and need replacement. -Couldn’t adjust temperature in shower. -Double in one room is two singles pushed together with hard raised seem down the middle, so not comfortable.
