The key lock box does not open easily, several attempts have to be made before it opens successfully.

Good location, beds comfy

Shower not great, bathroom door handle broken, only one loo roll provided, carpet very dirty and living room lamp broken as well as fridge door, just all needs some snagging done

Location was fab although parking in Goth week is tricky close by.

Bed was really uncomfortable, 2 singles together, quite hard, have had a bad back since! Carpets dirty

Cleanliness and close proximity to the town. Less than 10 mins away.

The matteress in one of the rooms has an uncomfortable ridge in the middle. The large lamp in main living area needs repairing or replacing.

Clean , comfortable. All equipment needed was available. All furniture of a very high spec. Beds very comfortable. Lots of channels on the tv- even one of those annoying echo machines! Very powerful shower. Keys in a lock box- easy to access. Great location

Better instructions regarding the heating as we got very confused.

Location and modern facilities

Finding correct front door and no parking down side of property as described but lucky to find on very busy main road opposite, not so easy in pouring rain.

Good location looking out onto the park and just a few minutes walk from the harbour and town centre.

Parking is extremely hit and miss and for the amount charged should include something better than street parking. Carpets and chairs were stained which made the place look a bit shabby. The carpets in particular need a good clean.Kitchen was woefully under equipped, very poor cookware, utensils, glassware etc. Two single beds pushed together did not make for a comfortable sleep. We could clearly hear the people upstairs who were not very considerate in the early morning. Did not appreciate being forced to pay a non refundable £30 security deposit as an alternative to £300 being held for 14 days. Did not think it was great value for money and really don't know why check in is only at 4pm when guests are rushed to get out by 10am on checkout. Would not have booked this apartment had we realised that dogs were allowed.

Good location close to town but quiet. Superb view of the park. Spacios living area which accommodated 4 adults without feeling cramped.
