Excellent location. Nicely decorated and equipped. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom facilities. Everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the centre of Whitby.

Very clean and loved all the lovely little touches. Quick response to any questions. Would book again

Parking was a little tricky, close to Whitby hospital so looks like staff parked on the streets nearby.

Bev and Jane are lovely hosts. The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. The location is perfect for quick access into the heart of Whitby, transport links and a large supermarket.

"THE place to stay in Whitby!"

The Hyding Place on George Street is a haven in the midst of wonderful Whitby. Bev and Jane are the perfect hosts, providing all the information necessary for a seamless self-checkin process. The apartment, which includes a luxurious bedroom and ensuite, and all kitchen facilities, is decorated beautifully with quality pieces of art. "Cosy and very convenient."

Location was very convenient to the train station and downtown Whitby. Check-in was easy. The apartment was fully renovated and tastefully decorated with everything required available. Nothing was too much trouble to the hosts and they were friendly and knowledgeable and provided information on the apartment and places to visit in and around the area. The bed was comfortable and the apartment cosy, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The apartment was lovely to return to each day and made our stay in Whitby very enjoyable. Would return again if our "bucket list" allows!!

The apartment is on an escarpment and would be a bit of a haul from the train station for some, especially if towing heavy bags.
