"A pleasant few days away helped by the glorious weather."

Very clean and comfortable. Good shower. We were able to park for free on the street. When we did find a space we left the car there for our stay and walked to the harbour/town. Property close to the train and bus station. Very hill walk, with steps, to the harbour.

A few more mugs would have been useful.

"Loved The Hyding Place, stayed in lots of self catering places and can’t think of another one that is so well equipped."

Clean, comfortable, everything needed was provided. Fab artwork, loved the canvasses, great location.

Hmm..a minor quibble, for us the tv in the living room was positioned much too high on the wall, not sure why it was hung so close to the ceiling.

Parking was limited, but you can park on the long stay carpark in town.

Great location, 5 minute walk down to the harbour. The apartment was lovely & clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the coffee machine was an added bonus. The hosts were lovely too. We had a great weekend and hope to return soon ☺️

"Lovely Hyding place for a couple ☺️"

Lovely little place for a couple exploring Whitby. Very central, a short walk down the hill brings you to the train station/Coop area. Clean, nicely decorated and enough amenities to cook if you want to ☺️

You could hear the people and pets (barking) in the other flats. We understood it's a building converted to flats, so it's not unusual, just something to be aware of.
