Cozy Apartment on Best Location in Antwerp

- very central

- didnt get help when we asked for it (had to freeze because window didnt shut properly) - dodgy check in in a shopping mall, they took whatsapp to send infos, got told there will be someone bringing new towels but never got them - comfort was really bad especially the beds/couches - bathroom had just a very dim light

The location is good, but getting the keys at another location is confusing and unnecessary. No document is issued for the tourist tax.

The apartment is quite worn and tattered. It was superficially clean and barely visible through the windows. The kitchen is not equipped.

Very good service and excellent location. Value for mony.

Lack of lights in the apartment and cleanliness of the floor was not perfect.

it’s in the city and not far from the station so that’s amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay

It was a little bit colder in the bedroom than in the other rooms but the rest was fine
