Cozy Apartment on Best Location in Antwerp

The apartment is located in the centre of the city. Close to the shopping street, close to central located restaurants and pubs. We got keys handed over from Luca pretty far from the apartment's location (considering travelling with luggage or backpacks ...). Helpful staff with helpful instructions and recommendations around the city.

1. There should be information about the distance between the 'pick up the key' location and an actual location. I find it unfair that no one notified me about it... with a heavy backpack from the central station to pick up a key and got informed to walk 15 minutes to finally take a rest... but not really, because: 2. 20 minutes after our check-in in the apartment, a guy (apparently responsible for the property) without any knocking or notifying us, TRIED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT!!... to deliver us a sponge?! If not that we had closed the door with a key and left the key in the lock, he would have entered. We suggested leaving it on the doormat, having no trust in random people (it might have been anybody). Such actions should be notified in advance or managed before check-in time! 3. Apartment itself was dirty - used paper plates next to the bed, some bags and items under armchairs. Bedsheet with holes. 4. Cleaning lady with someone? was speaking on the outer side of the door already at 9.30, basically waiting for us to get out. CHECK-OUT IS AT 11.00. There is one door on each floor, and the stairway is pretty small. It was even hard to get out comfortably with our baggage, because of cleaning accessories and sheets just placed there in a huge IKEA bag and waiting to be used in a moment... My conclusion is that I feel that people working for the property are disrespecting guests and their time in this apartment by entering when they want, waiting before they should, and keeping this place messy.
