Verbleef hier in functie van in concert in De Roma. Concertzaal en Centraal station op wandelafstand. Volop eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Basic verblijf, voorzien van keukentje met koelkast, kookplaat. En waterkoker. Eigen kleine badkamer met toilet en douche. Voldoet voor kort verblijf voor 1 of 2 nachten.voor een gelijk aantal mensen. Degelijk bed, proper bedgoed. Zeer goed geslapen en geen nachtlawaai ervaren ondanks de drukte van de straat tijdens de dag.. Wel vroeg gewekt door luide buren. Maar daar kan de verhuurder helaas niets aan doen.

Er zijn weinig mogelijkheden om het appartement te verluchten. Er ging een muffe geur.

Ruimte en volledigheid keuken.

Er hing een bedompte geur bij aankomst, Geurde een beetje naar vocht en schimmel. De ventilator in de badkamer opzetten deed die relatief snel verdwijnen. Het deurtje van het vriesvakje van de ijskast was stuk en bijna niet open te krijgen. Het ergste was dat men aangeeft dat er een rookverbod is in het ganse gebouw maar die blijkbaar niet nageleefd wordt. op de binnenplaats staan tafels met daarop assebakken. En de ramen van de slaapkamers komen daar uit... De WIFI voldeed, één keer een paar uur weinig of geen signaal zodat streamen onmogelijk was. Opletten, in de kleine lettertjes wordt een waarborg gevraagd die opgeeist wordt nadat de termijn voor annuleren gepasseerd is. Die wordt wel correct terugbetaald.
